The Asiatique Restaurant suggests Makisushi and Vegan Fried Rice, while the BeachGrill offers dishes like a Chilled Tomato Gazpacho and Penne Al Pesto.  For guests who are more into savory things, the Porcini Mushroom Risotto and a Veggie Burger are also options as vegetarian dishes. While for individuals who have a sweet tooth, a Vegetarian Pandan Pannacotta and delicious Green Tea Crème Brulèe as well as Vegan Orange Cake and Blueberry Cake are also available.

Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa also provides guests with the option of preparing them an astonishing Vegan FloatingBreakfast that can be brought and tasted in the privacy of their own pool, while admiring the stunning lagoon in the midst of the Indian Ocean. This healthy breakfast will be presented with delicacies as an almond chia seed pudding, fruit salads, fresh bread a special avocado salsa, exotic fresh juices and herbal teas which are full of vitamins, antioxidants, ready to boost your immune system straight away.
